In view of the Delhi blasts… it will be useful to know how Modi handled the Ahmedabad blasts.

Where there’s a will,there’s a Gujarat and there’s a Narendra Modi
by Rupang Bhatt

here are some parts:

In Delhi, jobless Congressman Digvijay Singh said in his interview that whenever BJP was in trouble, bomb blasts happened in the country. Digvijay Singh claimed that VHP and RSS were involved in bomb making.

And plenty of fashionable secular media persons too jumped in to telecast and publish Abu Bashr’s parents and brothers and villagers ‘our man is innocent’ brand statements.

Our Terrorist

Now look at the Irony. When our Congress men and their allies were passing all nonsense statements like these and more and section of our media was generating sympathetic stories about Abu Bashr and his family to woo Muslims, the man Abu Bashr whom they were trying to project as ‘The Great Indian innocent Muslim-2008 targeted by fascist Narendra Modi government’ was himself confessing his involvement in Ahmedabad blasts in presence of a resident judge.

Islamic Terrorism in Delhi: 30 killed, over 90 injured in 5 blasts across Delhi

Posted by jagoindia on September 13, 2008

First some background material to understand Islamic terrorism

Does the Qur’an really contain dozens of verses commanding violence?

The Quran contains 109 verses that call Muslims to war with nonbelievers.  Some are quite graphic, with commands to chop off heads and fingers, and kill the infidels wherever they may be hiding.  Muslims who do not join the fight are called ‘hypocrites’ and warned that Allah will send them to Hell if they do not join the slaughter. To continue reading go to here:

JIHAD IN INDIA’’S HISTORY: India has had a prolonged experience of jihAd from the day when the first Muslim army stepped into Sindh in 712 CE and won its first victories after suffering a number of defeats for 78 years.  Lands in Seistan, Khurasan, Transoxiana and Afghanistan where Hindu religion and culture had flourished for long, had been subjected to jihAd in earlier years. 30 killed, over 90 injured in 5 blasts across Delhi
NDTV Correspondent
Saturday, September 13, 2008, (New Delhi)At least 30 people were killed and more than 90 injured as 5 low-intensity bombs ripped through crowded, popular market areas across Delhi on Saturday evening.

The police say that a 12-year-old boy being questioned by them may be able to provide clues.

The blasts took place in Karol Bagh, Connaught Place, Greater Kailash-I and Barakhamba Road in a span of 25 minutes. More bombs were defused at India Gate, Regal cinema, Central Park in Connaught Place and Parliament Street. Red alert was sounded in the Capital after the serial blasts.

An e-mail from terrorist outfit Indian Mujahideen claimed responsibility for the blasts. Mumbai anti-terror squad confirmed Mumbai as origin of threat mail.

The first explosion rocked Gaffar market area of Karol Bagh in central Delhi at 6.10pm. The explosive was kept near a car. The impact of the blast was so severe that an auto was thrown up several feet.

This was followed by blasts in dustbins in the Connaught Place area.

At Barakhamba Road, one of the bombs was suspected to be placed near Nirmal tower. The second blast occurred near Gopal Das tower. Both the buildings house private offices and banks. Another blast reportedly took place in the Central Park.

Two blasts shook posh M-Block market in Greater Kailash-I. Ten shops were damaged in the explosion that took place at around 6:40pm. Here too, the bombs were hidden in a dustbin.

Preliminary examination of the blast sites showed that ammonium nitrate tied to integrated circuit was used in almost all the blasts. Timer devices were used to detonate the bombs. Ammonium nitrate and iron balls found in defused bombs.

According to sources, Intelligence Bureau had warned of more attacks in Indian cities. Warnings had been issued to major cities because after the Ahmedabad arrests, retaliatory attack were expected.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has condemned the blasts and appealed for calm.

The Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil said that people should remain calm and maintain social harmony. “Let us jointly fight the tragedy,” he said. Patil also announced that the Centre would give Rs one lakh as compensation to the families of those killed.

Delhi government too announced Rs five lakh as compensation for the family of the dead, and Rs 50,000 for those injured in the blasts. (With PTI inputs) End

Serial blasts rock Delhi; 30 dead, 90 injured
14 Sep 2008, 0050 hrs IST, Rahul Tripathi,TNN

NEW DELHI: It has become nauseatingly familiar. Low-intensity bombs placed in crowded markets, killing and maiming children, their parents, unsuspecting shoppers, unmindful of their caste, creed or religion. Within a month and a half of Jaipur, Bangalore and Ahmedabad terror blasts, Delhi was mauled on Saturday leaving 30 innocents dead and 90 injured. ( Watch )

In all, five bombs went off in less than half an hour. Two of them in the heart of Delhi in Connaught Place, two at the upscale Greater Kailash M Block market in south Delhi, and one, the most damaging one, in the crowded Ghaffar Market in Karol Bagh. Three more bombs were defused, one of them at the popular Children’s Park in India Gate, indicating the depraved mind of the terrorists.

The Indian Mujahideen, regarded by security agencies as a front of the Lashkar-Huji terror machine, has claimed responsibility for the blasts. The Indian Mujahideen email, titled “the Message of Death”, said: “In the name of Allah, Indian Mujahideen strikes back once more. … Do whatever you can. Stop us if you can.”

This group had sent emails before the UP court blasts, the Jaipur and Ahmedabad blasts. This time, too, it sent an email to media groups, however, 10 minutes after the first blast. And for the third time, it specifically threatened The Times of India for attacking terror.

The first blast took place at Ghaffar Market at 6.10 pm. Soon after that, two explosions rocked Connaught Place, one at Barakambha Road near Gopaldas Building at 6.30 pm and the other near the Metro station at the Central Park at 6.31 pm. Almost simultaneously, a blast hit M-block market in Greater Kailash-I near McDonald’s and seven minutes later another bomb went off near Prince Pan Corner in the same market.

All blasts were of low intensity, and the defused bombs suggest they used the cocktail of ammonium nitrate, gun powder, ball bearings and nails, with timer devices , the same kind of bombs that were used in Jaipur, Bangalore and Ahmedabad, indicating that it’s the same group that’s wreaking terror across the country.

Eyewitnesses said that explosives at Connaught Place were kept in a dustbin in Central Park of Connaught Place while at Gopaldas building, the bombs were kept in a dustbin next to the bus stand. An 11-year-old boy, Rohit (name changed) who had witnessed two persons wearing a black dress putting two plastic bags inside the dustbin, is being examined by the cops.

Police say the first blast in Karol Bagh was the result of a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) cylinder explosion. The impact of the blasts in Karol Bagh could be gauged by the fact that an auto was thrown up in the air and got caught in the electrical wires. “The terrorist have used the CNG autorickshaw to maximise the impact and we have so far not been able to find the number plate of the vehicle,” said a police officer.

Eyewitnesses claim that explosives were loaded on a bicycle near Prince Pan Centre in GK I and another inside a dustbin near McDonald’s. All the blasts were of low intensity and ball bearings were used to maximize the impact, said investigators.

In GK’s M block market, the blast took place next to a Maruti car to maximise the impact but it did not explode averting a bigger tragedy. Cops said that a low intensity blast with a timer was used to trigger the blast. The second blast which took place next to a pan shop was higher intensity but shopkeepers and shoppers had evacuated the area by then, reducing the human loss. All the blast sites were popular shopping destinations, and all of them were teeming with people on weekend shopping.

Three unexploded bombs were found later taking the total number of bombs to 8. The first was found near India Gate inside a dustbin at the Children’s Park and one was defused at Regal Cinema Hall which was lying on the road, while another one was found at Central Park, again inside a dustbin. A National Security Guard (NSG) team defused the bombs after they were informed by the witnesses about unclaimed objects. NSG experts were assessing the situation and nature of explosives used.

Joint Commissioner of Police, Special cell, Karnal Singh said, “The nature of explosives and bombs used are similar to those used in Jaipur and Ahmedabad. Chemicals were used along with nails and ball bearings and it was set off using electronic timers.”

The police are scanning CCTV footage of the GK I M block market and at Karol Bagh area to zero in on suspects. Delhi Police say that the Capital was always on high alert but there was no specific threat perception. It had gone down after the terror module of SIMI-Indian Mujahideen ring was allegedly busted by Ahmedabad police.

The Delhi Police have also installed a helpline for victims and any person willing to provide information and seek assistance. People can call on 011-23490212. Delhi Police spokesperson Rajan Bhagat said, “We have got vital clues on the blasts and are examing the same.”

New revelations from SIMI operatives

Posted by jagoindia on September 13, 2008

SIMI targets VHP leaders
By: Prawesh Lama, Date: 2008-09-09
The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leaders, Praveen Togadia, Babu Bajrangi and Munna Bajrangi, are on the hitlist of SIMI operatives, a SIMI activist during an interrogation informed cops.

Kamruddin Nagori, a SIMI activist an accused in the serial bomb blast case that rocked Ahmedabad, during his narco-analysis test. During the test, conducted at the Hyderabad laboratory, Nagori also said that senior politicians L K Advani, Uma Bharati and Atal Behari Vajyapee were not targeted by SIMI.

Talking to MiD DAY, Praveen Togadia said he did not have any idea that he was on the SIMI hitlist. “I am not aware of anything but I am also not afraid of anyone. They can prepare any list they want, I am not concerned,” he said.

Nagori, arrested along with his brother Safdar Nagori, general secretary of SIMI and 13 others from Madhya Pradesh on March 13, has revealed that SIMI women operatives had been inactive since 2003.  Nagori also said that SIMI did not have any links with the LTTE of Sri Lanka, HUJI and the Harkat- ul- jamat. However, they had contacts with the Jamat- e- Islam of Bangladesh and the Lashkar-e-Toiba.

Choral Camp
During the interrogations, Nagori has disclosed that the SIMI had organised a camp at Choral that was attended by about 21 members from Khandwa, Jharkand, Madhya Pradesh, UP, Kerela and Mumbai. In the camp, the members were taught aiming and shooting using seven country-made pistols, which they had purchased at Rs 5,500 each. Nagori had prepared six petrol bombs and displayed these to the participants to train them in bomb making. Nagori said he had to teach his cadre how to use petrol bombs as they did not have other weapons to fight back.

Recruiting youths
According to Nagori, at one such meeting in Ujjian, another SIMI operative, Etheysham, attended the meeting and they discussed the poor performance of SIMI and the loss of motivation among its members. The meeting was concluded with the decision to recruit more boys and to increase the manpower for field jobs.

The 21 members participating in the Choral camp were given 12-15 masks while climbing trees to hide their identities. Gloves were used while practising firing so that the members wouldn’t leave their fingerprints on the weapons.

Hand grenades
The members attending the Choral camp wanted to learn about hand grenades and Nagori was assigned the job of procuring them. The members wanted to be able to prepare hand grenades within a year’s time and also purchase chemicals to produce bombs.

Doctors role
Also during the training, a medical student by the name of Dr Faisal from Indore was present in the camp and was assigned to provide first aid in the camp.

Nagori disclosed that funds donated to the Tanzeem, Madrasa and the SIMI were used to pay lawyers and secure bail for arrested SIMI members. Nagori revealed that he had paid a lawyer Rs 30,000 to Rs 35,000 for securing the bail of the Khandawa SIMI members. In Bhopal, Nagori had rented a house and used it as their office.

A Mouser brought from Bhuranpur was to be used in eliminating targets in Maharashtra and Gujarat.

A conference of the SIMI, Idaga ul Har conference was held in Malayasia and attended by members from Malaysia, Iran, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Palestine.

Anil Kumar, inspector general, Madhya Pradesh police, said that he did not have any idea why Nagori targeted VHP leaders and police officials. He said that they were investigating the case. However, the cop refused to divulge anything more about the report. “The narco-analysis report is confidential and I cannot divulge the details.”

MY RESPONSE: Why Hindus are angry at Muslims in India?

MY RESPONSE: Why Hindus are angry at Muslims in India?

From: Narain Kataria, New York

To: The Editor, India Tribune – Date: Aug 31, 2008

Here is my response to Kaleem Kawaja’s letter titled “Why Hindus are angry at Muslims in India,” published in the India Tribune of August 2, 2008. Hindus have not just one but one million reasons to be angry at Muslims in India. Let me list only a few of them for Mr. Kawaja’s kind-hearted understanding, even though I believe Mr. Kawaja is deliberately acting to be ignorant of the reasons behind this Hindu mindset and the history – past and present. So, I will try to make it as simple and as clear for him as possible… and, for all those ‘secularists’ and Leftists who pretend to be naive just like Mr. Kawaja.

1. First of all, Hindus hold Muslims responsible for the vivisection of their country that they consider as their MOTHER. Hindus adorably call it Bharat-Mata, Matru-Bhoomi, Puniya-Bhoomi, Dharma-Bhoomi, Swarag-Bhoomi, etc.

2. Hindus cannot understand why the Muslims are still living in India. It is a well-known fact that in 1946 elections, more than 90% of the Muslims voted for the breakup of the greater India and the creation of a Muslim land called Pakistan. Despite getting their Muslim land – believe it or not – only 15% Muslims left for the Pakistan and 85% of them stayed put in India. Hindus really want all these Muslims living in India to leave Hindus alone in their country.

3. Hindus are upset that Muslims are having a cake and want to eat it too. Thus, Hindus can see that Muslims have opened a separate bank account for Muslims in Pakistan and Bangladesh, while they are operating a joint bank account with Hindus in India. This is not right and absolutely unfair. Hindus do not want to share the India with Muslims.

4. Again, at the time of Partition of India in 1947, there were 20% Hindus and Sikhs in Pakistan. Now there are only 1% or so. In 1947 there were more than 30% Hindus in East Pakistan (now Bangladesh), at this time there are only 8% Hindus there. Hindus want Muslims to explain what happened to all those Hindus. Hindus are absolutely unhappy about the ethnic cleansing of Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh.

5. Conversely, during the same period the Muslim population in India has been rising with leaps and bounds. Muslim numbers in India have risen from 9% in 1951 to 15% now. Hindus abhor this. In the unprecedented rise of Muslim population in India, Hindus clearly see a mortal threat to their very existence as Hindus. They see this as a conspiracy to breakup and divide their country all over again.

6. Hindus simply will never be able to forget the massive scale of rapes, murders, loot and mayhem let lose by Muslims on the peaceful Hindus in Kashmir and the vicious ethnic cleansing in their own country.

7. How can Hindus forget massacre of our 35 Sikh brothers at Chattisinghpora in the State of Jammu and Kashmir in year 2000, an attack on Jammu and Kashmir State Legislature in October, 2001, another attack on the India’s National Parliament in December 2001, yet another attack on the American Cultural Center in January 2002, the roasting alive of 56 women and children in February 2002 at Godhra Railway Station in Gujarat State, the killing of more than 30 members of families of Army personnel in May 2002, serial bomb attacks on passenger trains and public places in the country’s financial capital Mumbai on August 2005 that killed 46 people and injured 160, another devilish attack on the Hindu religious place, the Akshardham Temple in September 2002 – 29 individuals including 16 women and four children killed, the butchering of Hindus in Mau in State of Uttar Pradesh, the Delhi bomb blasts in October 2005 – 70 people killed, massacre of Gujjars in Doda and Udhampur, in State of Jammu and Kashmir in May 2006, a second series of Mumbai train bomb blasts in July 2006 – 200 people dead, a separate series of bomb blasts in Lucknow, Varanasi, Jaipur, Ahmedabad and Bangluru – hundreds killed.

8. While Hindus in Jammu agitating for the legitimate rights of Hindu pilgrims in Amernath raise the slogan of Bharat Mata ki Jai, the Muslims in Srinagar, to the great mortification and chagrin of Hindus, wave green flags of Pakistan and openly raise the slogans of Pakistan Zindabad (long live Pakistan)! This treacherous behavior of Muslims is unacceptable and outrageous to Hindus and causes a serious heartburn to them.

9. Recently, in a shocking disclosure, India’s National Security Advisor, M.K. Narayanan while talking to newsmen in Singapore disclosed that 800 terrorist cells are operating in the country. These home grown terrorists are none other than the Indian Muslims who provide shelter, guidance, financial assistance and other infrastructure facilities to the terrorists to kill more and more Hindus and destabilize Indian economy. Hindus have every reason to express their indignation and angst at this blatant anti-national activity.

10. All Kashmiri Muslims are doing roaring business all over India. There are Haj Houses all over the country. But the Muslim leaders are openly and repeatedly declaring that they would not give “an inch of land” in Hindu India to Shri Amarnath Shrine Board. What an act of ingratitude!

11. Hindus simply cannot erase from their memory the Great Killings of Calcutta on August 16-17, 1946 in which more than 5,000 Hindus were butchered by Muslim fanatics supported by the Muslim Chief Minister of Bengal. Hindus also vividly recall the genocide of 5,000 unarmed Hindus in Noakhali in Bengal State around the same time. Hindus simply cannot forget the beastly brutalities perpetrated by the West Pakistani Muslim military establishment on the East Pakistan Hindus during the Bangladesh uprising in 1971. Events like these are unparalleled in the history of humanity.

12. Describing the unimaginable capacity of the Muslim mind to conduct the dance of devil, Mr. A. Ghosh, the celebrated author of book “Kafir and Quran,” writes: “In many cases a whole community (of Hindus in East Pakistan) was encircled. Mothers and daughters were raped on a mass scale, in presence of brothers or fathers. Breasts of elderly ladies were chopped off. Pregnant women were disemboweled; infants’ heads were smashed on the floor. Then followed the chopping off of genitals, gouging out of eyes, and on and on and on. As a grand finale, everybody was put in a house and the house was set on fire.”

13. Hindus also remember very well as to how the Sikh Guru Arjun Dev was made to sit on a hot plate over the raging fire and the hot sand was poured over his body… until he died. Hindus and Sikhs will never be able to forget as to how another Sikh Guru, Teg Bahadur Saheb, was murdered in cold blood by the Muslims because he refused to convert to Islam. Hindus remember the two young sons of the last Sikh Guru, Gobind Singh, who were bricked alive by the Muslim ruler, as they refused to embrace the Islam.

14. For the information of Mr. Kawaja, listed here are only a few of the Muslim militant organizations that preach hatred and violence against the Kafirs… principally the Hindus, Sikhs, Jains and Buddhists… and are working overtime to establish Nizame-Mustafa (the Islamic domination) in India: (1) Muslim Volunteer Force, (2) Islamic Revolutionary Front, (3) Islamic Liberation Army of Assam, (4) Jamait-e-Islami, (4) Hurriyat Conference, (5) Jamit-al-Quran Hadis, (6) Tamilnadu Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam, (7) Al Ummah, (8) Islamic Movement of India, (8) Student Islamic Movement of India (the notorious SIMI), (9) Islamic Youth Center, (10) Jihad Committee, (11) Muslim United Liberation Tigers of Assam, (12) Muslim Liberation Front of Assam, (13) Al Huda, (14) Jehad, (15) Tehreek-ul-Mujahideen, (16) National Democratic Front, (17) Mili Parliament, (18) Indian Muslim Mohammadi Mujahideen, and (19) Indian Mujaheden. The principal aim of all the above groups is the annihilation of Hindus.

15. Hindus in India and the Indian subcontinent have witnessed an unprecedented continued chain of barbarism by Muslims in the last 1400 years. In 712 A.D., the then Governor of Iraq sitting two thousand miles away from the Indian capital Delhi, ordered the Iraqi Muslim ruler in India to bring about the destruction on unbeliever Hindus (unbeliever: the Hindus that do not believe in Islam) if they did not accept Islam. The historical chronicles tell us that in the merciless slaughter that ensued, 26,000 Hindu men were murdered and 20,000 young Hindu girls were enslaved and dispatched to Khalifa in Baghdad.

16. Akbar was the slaughterer of Hindus. Jahangir, in his autobiography “Tarikh-i-Salim Shahi” wrote that under Akbar and Jahangir “five to six hundred thousand (over half a million) Hindus were killed.” (Tarikh-i-Salim: Translated By Price, pp. 225-6). In Akbar’s military conquest of Chittor in the State of Rajasthan, Abul Fazl recorded that “on Akbar’s orders, eight thousand Rajput warriors were first disarmed and then slain; along with them forty thousand peasants also were slain.” (The Islamic treatment of PoW, Surah 8, Ayat 67, the Quran) (Akbarnama by Abul Fazl translated into English by H. Beveridge)

We can go on and on and on… with the never-ending saga of Muslim misdeeds against the Hindus. Hindus may not have readily available with them the specific details of the each one of the above acts of extreme Muslim brutality. The Hindu ‘secular’ leadership also takes extreme pains to ensure that the endless trails of Muslim atrocities… against the Hindus… do not get recalled, remembered, written, memorialized, entered in history books, or spoken from the public platforms. But the naked truth is that the painful wounds of Muslim savagery, treachery, betrayal, deceit, dishonesty, disloyalty, duplicity… on the naïve Hindu psyche… are too numerous to count and too deep to heal.

These painful sores of history – the distant past and still ongoing – have traumatized the Hindus so much and for so long that they just cannot be healed, nor can their memory be completely erased from the Hindu subconscious mind. Hindu mind will continue to be haunted and tortured at the slightest glimpse of the classic pattern of Muslim dishonesty and betrayal.

Does Mr. Kawaja need any more reasons, any more examples, to explain why Hindus don’t trust Muslims and why they appear to be angry at Muslims

Islamic Radicals woo Ahmedabad’s Muslim ghettoes

Posted by jagoindia on September 13, 2008

Radicals woo Ahmedabad’s invisible people
Jumana Shah
Wednesday, September 10, 2008  04:11 IST

AHMEDABAD:As one enters Ahmedabad’s ‘Bombay Hotel’ ghetto in the Dani Limda area in the east of the city, the stench from the gutters hits you first and then come the flies.

You wonder how people survive among the mounds of refuse and dirt. Welcome to the sub-human world of Ahmedabad’s Muslim ghettoes — home to six lakh of the nine lakh-odd members of the community living in the city.

Religious groups called firqa, like Ahle-Hadees, Tablighi Jamaat, Sunni Jamaat; Jamiat-e-ulema and Jamaat-e-Islami, have replaced the government in these ghettos – buying loyalty by providing basic services such as water, food, sanitation, and health. They also provide a measure of governance to an area where anarchy reigns.

“They have elections and ration cards, but no ration shop in the area. These handsomely funded religious groups have constructed houses, provided medical services, borewells in each house, arranged for employment etc. In return people have to attend religious discourses regularly”, says a local Muslim leader Ibrahim Sheikh.

According to sources, 200 madrassas have cropped up in Shah-e-alam area alone in the past six years.

In Ahmedabad, the Ahle-Hadees is the most popular firqa. The first arrest after the blasts was that of Abdul Halim who heads Hadees, which provides free drinking water to Dani Limda, Shah-e-alam and Bombay Hotel areas. It was founded after the 1992 riots to rehabilitate victims.

The entire Dani Limda area has been a part of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation for the past three decades. The residents here who are given no facilities whatsoever are, however, compelled to pay tax.

Shamsuddin Qureshi, 48, a rickshaw driver from Dani Limda, says, “We have been paying the tax regularly for seven years, but our area does not get even a drop of drinking water, no drainage leads to extreme dirt … I must have personally made at least 20 written complaints, participated in countless rallies to the Kotha. We continue to pay the taxes in the hope that AMC will take action some day.”

Municipal schools exist on the ‘border’ — the area that separate ghettoes from other areas. But they are insufficient. Leading human rights activist Haneef Lakdawala says, “Unemployment is a big problem with the youth here. The crime rate is very high, mostly attributed to the land mafia. Police intervene after the crime is committed. For those who do not want to get involved, there is no option but to turn their face, as living in such ghettos or leaving them are both unsafe. The religious influence of radical maulvis is dominating their sphere. It’s a catch-22 situation.”

It has also been reported that saffron organisations urge companies not to hire Muslims. Muzaffar Hashim,28, from Juhapura, who was working with a stock broking firm, was fired last Monday. A first-class graduate from a reputed college in the city, this man is now jobless, thanks to his address. It is a known fact that banks do not give loans and credit cards to residents of these areas.

“I finally accepted a job arranged at an industrial unit by a member of Ahle-Hadees. In turn, they request me to attend all prayer calls and visit the mosque at least on Fridays. I am not a religious person and was avoiding their attention for the past four years, but after the blasts, I had no option. I have a family to feed,” said Hashim, who has recently started sporting a beard.

Former Congress councillor of Dani Limda Badruddin Sheikh admits that the civic situation in lower-middle class minority ghettos all over the city are pathetic. “There is no shortage of funds for the AMC now if it wants to develop these areas, but the political will is clearly missing,” he says.

The Gujarat police were not wrong to insist none of those arrested were ‘victims’ of 2002 riots. They are the victims of the government’s apathy.
