Hindus are under siege in the Muslim majority district of Malappuram – Kerala. The district was carved out to create a Muslim majority district by the Communist government headed by E.M.S Namboothiripad.
Today, we see a continuation of social, economic and political exclusion of Hindus in Malappuram. Hindus are marginalized and controlled by social, educational and political engineering by Muslim fundamentalists. Hindus are restricted in employment, educational opportunities, political participation and upward mobility. The municipality and all Panchayats are controlled by Muslims. Muslims intimidate and threaten Hindus to deny them active political participation. Their ultimate political goal runs through a vital interim objective-the creation of an unremitting paralyzing sensation of fear in the target Hindu community.
Today, Muslims in Malappuram differ from the invading Muslim army of Hyder Ali and Tipu Sultan. Muslim armies of Hyder Ali and Tipu Sultan murdered thousands of Hindus, destroyed hundreds of Hindu temples, engaged in forced conversion, murder, loot, rape, sabotage and blackmail. The tactics of invading Tipu Sultan and Hyder Ali were different. However, the tactics of Muslims in Malappuram is to achieve wider goals, including marginalizing and force out Hindus from the district.
Several thousand Muslims from Malappuram are employed in Gulf countries. With the free flow of money from the Middle East and with the political power of the Muslim League cabinet ministers, Muslims work to undermine economic security of Hindus and disrupt Hindu family life. The goal of their strategy is to drive Hindus out of the district. Some congress politicians become a tool in the hands of the Muslim fundamentalist groups in Malappuram district.
All the schools and colleges are controlled by Muslims and special privileges are accorded to them enabling them to neutralize Hindus. Hindu students are an easy target for psychological indoctrination. One of the most telling examples of such policy in action is the cancellation of educational classes on Friday and Muslim holidays including the month of Muslim Ramadan. By using such psychological manipulation, Muslims succeed in creating anxiety, fear and panic among young Hindus. The atmosphere created
by such acts casts a great shadow over Hindu society. Hindus also feel unsafe in their own homes and workplaces, daily life is disrupted, causing considerable harm to personal and family morale. Hindus in general are depressed, marginalized and demoralized. Suicide rate among Hindus are increasing in Malappuram. The Muslim message is: until you leave Malappuram district, you will not be safe.
Muslims exert economic pressure on Hindus with money and political power. Muslims try to amplify Hindu fear by denying them economic and educational opportunities at institutions and businesses controlled by them. With the free flow of money from the Gulf countries and government subsidies, Muslims are grabbing lands, property and small businesses from poor Hindus. Poor, unemployed Hindus are driven out of urban areas dominated by Muslims.
Government policy of Muslim appeasement, special privileges and financial aid exclusively for Muslims is what makes strategic threats of Muslims more harmful to Hindus.
TOWARD A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO SAVE HINDUS IN MALAPPURAM
The Hindu population that must live under the threat of jihadis in Malappuram, are in need of economic aid, employment opportunities, political and social support for survival. And this can be done through more educational opportunities, technical support for information processing business, social and political support in order to prevent the damage caused by Muslim domination.
Hindus from across the country must provide support to neutralize Muslim social pressure and economic exploitation. Special privileges and appeasement of Muslims by the government must cease. The government and the political decision makers have a responsibility to all their citizens in providing economic and educational opportunities. Among other things, decision makers can help by allocating the necessary funds for Hindus for education, and economic activities. Above all, Hindus all over Kerala must recognize the strategic psychological damage which could be caused by ignoring the plight of Hindus in Malappuram. It is time for Hindus to be organized and united to prevent another mini Pakistan forming in Malappuram.

have you ever been in malappuram district? i am living here in malappuram for 48 years.I coudnt feel any discrimination from muslms.They help more than a hindu in the district.They even build temples for hindus.hve u heard any religious riots in malappuram..no..because here we r living like brothers..u may hav hindu villages for hindus in across india. but in malappuram evrbody living together, taking part avery celebration like onam, eid and marriages.Mslims are taking part in hindu festivals also..so dont try to damage our religious harmny..plz…

I belong to Kollam District of Kerala. My parents migrated to Malappuram during seventies in search of job since the Hindu Majority Kollam district was not lucrative for job seekers. Both of them worked as teachers for more than 30 years at AR Nagar, Malappuram in a Muslim management school.
My sister and me were born and born and brought up in Malappuram. We have endless memories of their generous love, support and respect, our family enjoyed from the Muslim community over there. Not even a single time we came across communal hatred.
After my 12th class, I got admission to an engineering college out side Kerala and I moved out leaving my family and a large number of Muslim as well as Hindu friends (in fact, we never cared to what community we belonged.). How ever, my sister got admission in the MES(Muslim Educational Society) Engineering college in Kuttippuram, Malappuram.
After the retirement of my parents, we came back and settled in Kollam District.
As a whole, the Malappuram District its Muslim community gave not only employment opportunities to my parents; it gave educational opportunities also to my sister.
About the Hindus in Malappuram, they are one of the most noble, innocent and civilized communities, when compared to Hindus of other places.
I can’t forgo the gratitude I have to the place and those people.
As a matter of fact, there are criminal, who tries to commit crimes and wants to take advantage of a communal sentiment to escape conviction. We can well understand that; communal tensions are always initiated by criminals, and it spreads as sentiments are hurt (Remember the Graham Staines incident and recall, how a criminal called Dara Singh put the entire Hindu community bow their head with shame) There are people who fall-in in to the trap of communal indoctrination; designed purposefully to serve hidden agendas of political manipulations. There are Islamic as well as Hindu indoctrinations. This site is a perfect example of the Hindu one.
None of the so-called leaders of Muslim community is really concerned about poverty and the socio economic backwardness of the community, just like any other communities in India. What we need, is a political will to create as much educational as well as employment opportunities as possible for the Muslim youth; so that, they are better capable of living a normal life and more immune to falling pray to communal propagandas. It should always be kept in mind that a nation cannot survive long, if any of its communities are allowed to have an attitude based on superiority complex.
Lastly, the education system of the Muslim community needs a revamp from madrassa to a modern educational process.
IF YOU ARE REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE NATION, PLEASE GIVE MORE STRESS ON MECHANISMS, WHICH CAN PROVIDE MORE EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR MUSLIM COMMUNITY, THERE BY UPLIFTING THEIR SOCIO ECONOMIC BACKGROUND SO THAT THEY BECOMES IMMUNE TO COMMUNAL AND POLITICAL INDOCTRINATIONS.
PLEASE DON’T MAKE RELIGIOUS TENSIONS, WHICH CAN AGAIN TEAR THIS COUNTRY APART, AT LEST PSYCHOLOGICALLY.

Sure, we may have edifying individual experiences which shape our view and in your case blinds you completely. But that still does not disprove the fact of what is happening in Kerala. In recent decades there has been tremendous Wahhabi influence from Kerala Muslims returning from the gulf.

Malappuram district in north Kerala is called ‘mini Pakistan’.
The district with the largest Muslim population in the country, Malappuram is home to a number of extremists and fundamentalist groups.
Many Muslim families in Malappuram have their relatives in Pakistan, who often come visiting. The government cannot say how many Pakistanis are overstaying or have disappeared after reaching Malappuram. Central intelligence agencies are always on the lookout for elusive Pakistani nationals in Malappuram.
The police suspect that the Pakistanis who come visiting to Malappuram are often used by the ISI to set up extremist groups, and distribute fake currencies.
However, innocents are often caught in the crossfire between the extremists, ISI agents and religious rabble-rousers in the district. K P Muhammed Bashir is one such. He was arrested four years ago. Last year, he was let off after the police failed to prove the cases against him.
Bashir was an Urdu teacher at a madrassa in Malappuram. He frequented similar Muslim schools across Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. He worked as an active member of the Student Islamic Movement of India and spread the Islamic way of life. His forays into the neighbouring states made the Kerala police suspicious.
They asked the Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu police to follow Bashir’s movements in their states. The Tamil Nadu police arrested him in 1996 from a madrassa on charges of aiding and abetting terrorism among Muslim students.
Bashir pleaded ignorance; his parents spent all their money on the release of their only son.
“The police and the government are harassing us in the name of ISI and terrorism. We are peaceful people. Because I belong to Malappuram and am a learned teacher, the police suspect that I am involved with other international Islamic outfits,” he says.
Bashir has now stopped teaching in madrassas. He is trying hard to get a visa to some Gulf country, so that he can earn enough for his six sisters and aged parents.
Syed Mohammad, who has published books on Muslim fundamentalism, says there have been several incidents of terrorism in the district perpetuated by the ISI. “For instance, when several cinema theatres were torched in the district in 1993 we all knew it was the handiwork of some local outfit with abundant help from Pakistan,” he says.
Mohammad has joined hands with a number of social activists to convince the community that it is not the Quran that leads extremist groups. “The community is being misled by external forces like the National Democratic Front. We are here to stop them,” he says.
Mohammad’s colleague Ayed Mohammed Anakkayam heads the Yukthivada Sangham, a rationalist organisation that fights religious fundamentalists in Manjeri, the hub of Malappuram. The Sangham holds regular street-corner meetings to educate Muslims that external forces like the ISI foments minority communalism, religious fundamentalism and extremism.

when i am in graduate ,even scored more marks, i am expelled from aligargh muslim university special centre for my future study.
govt. given all subsidies ,stipends ,all fecilities to muslims,not hindus,
our temples not secure ,home not secure,
finally i stopped my education, and joined a racial party with my Hindu friends.

Muslim (19:4321-4323) – Three separate hadith in which Muhammad shrugs over the news that innocent children were killed in a raid by his men against unbelievers. His response: “They are of them (meaning the enemy).”
Tabari 7:97 The morning after the murder of Ashraf, the Prophet declared, “Kill any Jew who falls under your power.” Ashraf was a poet, killed by Muhammad’s men because he insulted Islam. Here, Muhammad widens the scope of his orders to kill. An innocent Jewish businessman was then slain by his Muslim partner, merely for being non-Muslim.
Tabari 9:69 “Killing Unbelievers is a small matter to us” The words of Muhammad, prophet of Islam.
Tabari 17:187 “‘By God, our religion (din) from which we have departed is better and more correct than that which these people follow. Their religion does not stop them from shedding blood, terrifying the roads, and seizing properties.’ And they returned to their former religion.” The words of a group of Christians who had converted to Islam, but realized their error after being shocked by the violence and looting committed in the name of Allah. The price of their decision to return to a religion of peace was that the men were beheaded and the woman and children enslaved by the caliph Ali.
Ibn Ishaq/Hisham 327: – “Allah said, ‘A prophet must slaughter before collecting captives. A slaughtered enemy is driven from the land. Muhammad, you craved the desires of this world, its goods and the ransom captives would bring. But Allah desires killing them to manifest the religion.’”

muslim dominated district like malappuram , had Muslim league, 90% muslims supporting to league, after they win , they focus only Muslim prosperity,
league dominated kerala govt. provide
1.Aligarh muslim University for Muslims,
2.arrange free travelling allowance to hujj pilgrims (55600 INR per haji ).,
3.madrassa teachers pension for muslim priests.subsidy & scholarships to muslim students,
4.Govt. schools converted to Mappila Schools, etc. etc.
but , the Hindu peoples in Malappuram thinking that , kerala need 2 more party like Hindu league and Cristian league,
that is a possible way of democracy which is found in malappuram district. we would like to wish that all muslims vote to muslim league , all hindus votes to Hindu league, and all cristians vote to cristian league.
if all Indians may follows this methods, all religions should getting justice from govt.
in fact, majority hindus in kerala well knowing that they could not getting 10% justice from kerala govt.
all subsidies & all fecilities given to muslims, weldone india weldone.

To all dumb head hindus here, if you are showed love and support by musllims it may or may not mean they are friendly. But when the radicalization takes over even peace loving muslims will have no voice or option but will have to fight with extremists to eliminate hindus. And when they become majority the extremists will certainly force all muslims to exterminate hindus. History has shown you this, why can’t you f***king people understand????? Do you need another Islamic invasion to convince you?? Or are you not hindus at all, since majority of you Kerala Hindus have started eating beef??? I invite this guy to visit malappuram dt. atleast once. and i am sure he may write a article about relegious harmony that we experience here. he never visited malappuram dt. All his quotings are false. even the majority of the teachers in the muslim management schools are hindus.here is no relegious discrimination at all.

The situation in Malappuram district may or may not be true w.r.t to what is said in the article. But there are certain things that is 100 % true that has historically happend and has been happening. Did any party other than Muslim League till now managed to win a single seat in either assembly or Lok sabha elections from Malappuram ? Leave alone Malappuram. In general political parties are competing to allot special preivilages for Muslims at various levels as is evident in scholarship allotment and other things.Now muslim league has made Friday not allowable to public exams.So there are certain things that is going on in general which reveals certain non negligeble facts.

the article has been written ” beautifully” but the author to support his views has written about friday holiday and ramzan holidays which creates a sense of ” insecurity” in malappuram hindus. an amazing discovery .let me tell you that there are even hindu management schools where fridays are holidays and ramzan days are holidays it just reflects the communal harmony in malappuram. and dear hrishikesh please dont be angry with ur hindu” brothers” in malappuram .facts are facts. it is evident from the fact that not even a single hindu or hindu temples were attacked at the time of babari masjid demolition in ur so called mini pakistan

India is secular country and as such no district can be muslim dominated or christian dominated!!Hindus should be the leading force,govt servants,district authorities and the rule of any district should be with Hindus only.Its Hindu community which has been generous in giving Muslims 1.Pakistan2.Equal rights in constituition for all.So India,its every inch will be in the hands of Hindu authorities only including J&K and Northeastern states.Hindus should never be or can not be discriminated against in India.As far as Mallappuram is concerned,we know what mischief muslims can play as soon as they become majority in one place.Authorities should see that all games played by Muslims are neutralised.
